  2.  This sequel to NGDC-01 contains complete, updated data sets                     
  3.  from the earlier CD including:  solar flare reports, sunspot                    
  4.  numbers and region histories, total solar irradiance, and                       
  5.  solar bursts.  It holds all digital geomagnetic hourly                          
  6.  values now available, all magnetic activity indices Kp, Km,                     
  7.  aa, AE, Dst, and related indices.  All digital cosmic ray                       
  8.  observations from World Data Center Archives are included                       
  9.  in a single format.  Other contents include NASA's "OMNI"                       
  10.  solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field hourly values,                     
  11.  lists of major magnetic storms, and ionospheric and                             
  12.  geomagnetic model programs.  Space Environment Monitor                          
  13.  data from NOAA's GOES satellite and digital ground                              
  14.  observatory solar images are included for March 1989.                           
  15.  Scaled ionospheric foF2 hourly values are included from a                       
  16.  global array of long-running sites.  Software to access and                     
  17.  display data from the CD using IBM-compatible PCs is in                         
  18.  preparation and, when completed, will be provided to CD                         
  19.  purchasers without added charge.  When ordering, reference
